    A. Typically, Jovak’s projects begin at $20,000. You can find more about what affects cost and pricing here.

    Q. What’s Jovak’s Process?

    A.   Here are the 5 steps of our Proven Process – Something we follow for every project, in order to deliver great results for homeowners:
    1. Consultation
    2. Design
    3. Pricing/Proposal
    4. Installation
    5. Final Walk Through

    Q. What sort of projects do you do?

    A. At Jovak, we design and install high-end, custom landscapes and outdoor living spaces. Pools, retaining walls, artificial turf, putting greens, landscape lighting, paver patios, concrete, irrigation, planting and mulch. You can view some of our projects here.

    Q. Do I really need a landscape design before working with Jovak?

    A. Yes! Jovak does not begin work without a professional landscape design. We have our own in-house designer. You can find out about why we require a design here.

    Q. What if I already have a design?

    A. That’s great! While we love working off of our internal designs, we’ll work with designs that have been made by a professional landscape designer. We have a number of items that we require to be part of the design in order to give our clients an accurate price.

    Q. How much does a Landscape Design cost?

    A. It can vary. Smaller projects begin at $1000/design, while large scale projects can be around $4,000+/design.

    Q. Is my project too small for Jovak?

    A. Every company has an ideal client that makes sense for the size of their company. At Jovak, our projects typically range from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on the size. Any small landscaping projects that come our way, we recommend to a smaller, trusted landscaping company in our area.
